National Association of REALTORS Report on Boise Real Estate

The National Assoc. of Realtors has a team of market analysts that direct their efforts toward the local real estate market. The information on the Boise Metro Region is positive!

The housing market has experienced approx. 2.6% appreciation rate for the 2007 year in the Boise Valley. Though sales have softened and fewer homes have sold, prices are continuing to rise. The 3-year rate is over 52%!!! 2007 was certainly a year of correction for Idaho Real Estate, especially in the Boise Real Estate market.
